Previously, BISP launched a state-of-the-art call center in partnership with the National Telecommunication Corporation to address program-related queries and grievances authentically. Individuals can reach out to the call center by dialing 0800-26477 to register complaints or seek program-related information.

In January, BISP announced the imminent operation of Mobile Registration Vehicle Centers to streamline registration processes for potential beneficiaries residing in remote areas of the country.

These mobile centers will provide registration services to deserving women in remote areas, as reported by the state news agency. According to official sources, the deployment of mobile vans, initiated in August, is nearing completion.
