The prices of cooking oil and ghee have increased by Rs. 10 per litre and kilogram (KG), respectively. This is the second increase in the prices of ghee and cooking oil in a period of one week.
According to the details, the price of Tier-1 ghee has reached Rs. 506 per KG after an increase of Rs. 10, while the price of Tier-1 cooking oil has reached Rs. 510 per litre after a hike of Rs. 10 as well.
Meanwhile, the Tier-II cooking oil and ghee brands have also increased their prices by Rs. 10. This brings the new price of Tier-II cooking oil at Rs. 485 per litre, while price of Tier-II ghee has reached Rs. 482 per KG.
It is pertinent to mention that prices of cooking oil and ghee were increased by Rs, 20 just a few days ago.
