RAWALPINDI: Director General, Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR), Maj Gen Babar Iftikhar held a press conference on 5th January (Wednesday) saying that Pak-Afghan border fencing would continue as planned.
DG ISPR Press Conference was televised live on state-owned and Private media channels and Journalists from various sources attended the Presser held at GHQ Rawalpindi.
The DG ISPR also rejected the rumors of any deal in the works with the former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, who has been declared an absconder and is currently residing in London.
“Talk of a deal with Nawaz Sharif is baseless,” he said. “If someone does talk of a deal, then you must ask them who is offering a deal,”
