ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Social Security and Poverty Alleviation Dr Sania Nishtar said that the Ehsaas Rashan Program has finally kicked off to provide ration aid to people affected from the coronavirus pandemic.
The Ehsaas Rashan Programme Portal has been active since beginning of April and has been launched by the Prime Minister three times before finally starting operations on 23 June 2020.
The Ehsaas Rashan Portal provides the facility to beneficiaries to sign up for the programme and get ration aid with a simple process. There is also an option for donor registration allowing organizations to signup to contribute towards helping the poor.
