Govt likely to cut petrol prices by Rs 5

ISLAMABAD: Petroleum Oil Lubricants (POL) prices declined in International Market by $50. The Government of Pakistan likely to decrease the Petrol Prices by Rs. 5 in January 2019.

Petrol and diesel prices are likely to decline by Rs.5 in Pakistan by January 1st, 2019.

The OGRA will forward the summary to the Finance Ministry on 30th December 2018.

Brent crude LCOc1, the global benchmark, was up 43 cents at $50.90 at 0949 GMT. It earlier fell to $49.93, the lowest since July 2017, and posted a 6.2 percent slide in the previous session.
