ISLAMABAD – The federal government has no intentions of hiking electricity and gas tariffs, Federal minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry told media.
Fawad cleared to the media that there so such proposal under consideration.
Information Minister, rejects reports of newspapers claiming PM Khan led governmenting mulling over reversing tax concessions by bringing down the threshold of income tax exemption on salaried class.
It is to be noted that caretaker government hiked the prices of Electricity and Gas.
The increase in tariffs was done by caretaker government already, consumers are paying extra amount.
