LAHORE: The Chief Minister of Punjab Usman Buzdar on Friday said that Rs 1.46 billion have been distributed so far under the Insaf Imdad Package that aims to provide relief to the poor and deserving people during these hard times due to coronavirus.
CM Punjab said:
Rather than mere announcing, we have implemented the measures to provide relief to masses,
Under the Insaf Imdad Package, a total of Rs. 10 billion have been allocated to help the poor and needy people who are out of work especially the daily wage earners and a total of 2.5 million families will be helped through this package.
Chief Minister Usman Buzdar said:
It will mainly provide relief to people working on daily-wages in the province,
