ISLAMABAD Administration has allowed businesses which include shopping malls, markets / establishments and construction sector to operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week subject to adoption of standard operating procedures (SOPs) according to a notification issued by the District Magistrate Office Islamabad.
The notification regarding Islamabad businesses was shared by Deputy Commissioner Islamabad and states:
- All shopping malls and markets / establishments are hereby allowed to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week subject to SOPs / guidelines.
- All establishments / businesses related to the construction sector are hereby allowed to operate 24 hours a day.

In related news, Centaurus Mall also announced that it will be opening its dine-in facility, beauty salon, cinema, and other entertainment services such as Fun City from August 8, 2020.
Following timings shall be followed from Saturday, 8th August 2020 onward:
- Sunday to Thursday 11:00 to 23:00 hours
- Friday & Saturday 11:00 to 00:00 hours
