Islamabad Police has reportedly arrested one male model, Zulfiqar, involved in the vulgar photoshoot in front of the Quaid-e-Azam portrait in Islamabad. However, the female model, KC, in the pictures is yet to be arrested.
According to reports, the capital city police arrested the male model, who has been identified as Zulfiqar, from Lahore and he will be brought to Islamabad where he will be produced before the court.
The law enforcement is on the look out for the female model, known as KC, from New York.
The duo sparked nationwide outrage after doing a photoshoot in obscene and vulgar clothing in front of the Quaid-e-Azam portrait in Islamabad. These pictures soon went viral on social media and netizens demanded action against these two models for wearing such revealing costumes in public.
First Information Report (FIR) was registered against the duo at the Coral Police Station by a citizen named Rashid Malik. The complainant said that the models wearing revealing outfits took pictures in front of the Quaid-e-Azam portrait in Islamabad.
Pakistani journalist Ansar Abbasi also jumped on the bandwagon and called for action against both the models. “The DC Islamabad Hamza Shafqaat is requested to arrest the couple, who displayed extreme obscenity in public in the federal capital.” he tweeted.

It bears mentioning that both models, Zulfiqar and KC, who were involved in the vulgar photoshoot in front of the Quaid-e-Azam portrait, have been identified as members of Mystical Poetry Band, which performed when the Aurat March was held in Frere Hall in Karachi in 2020.
