Islamabad Revises School Timings For Ramadan 2022

Islamabad authorities have announced revised school timings during Ramadan 2022 in accordance with the six-day work week announced by the Federal Government. The announcement was made by the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) and the new school timings will be implemented with immediate effect for all educational institutions in the jurisdiction of Islamabad during Ramadan 2022.

According to the notification, the schools following single shift system will open at 08:00AM and close at 12:00PM from Monday to Saturday, while schools following the double shift system will open at 08:00AM and close at 12:00PM during the morning shift from Monday to Saturday.

However, these schools will hold the second or evening shift from 12:00PM to 02:00PM throughout the week(i.e. Monday to Thursday and Saturday). However, these schools will open at 02:00PM and close at 04:00PM on Friday. The mentioned school timings in Islamabad will be implemented with immediate effect.
