The Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) has issued an update on the Islamabad Traffic Plan for 29 March 2022 to inform commuters about the congestions and alternate routes due to the gathering of political parties in the Federal Capital.

According to the Islamabad Traffic Plan, the obstructions placed on the Srinagar Highway have been removed and citizens can now travel from Dhokri to Airport and vice-versa without any hinderance on signal-free Srinagar Highway.
Furthermore, the entry and exit points to the Red Zone have been cleared and now open from Serena Chowk and Margallah Road for commuters. However, the authorities are working to remove obstacles from Ayub Chowk. NADRA Chowk and Express Chowk and these will be open soon for traffic as well.
