CDA Auction of Residential and Commercial Plots Day Four

ISLAMABAD: Capital Development Authority (CDA) four days auction of residential and commercial plots of different categories / sizes in various developed sectors is concluded by fetching highest ever auction amount of Rs.11284 millions.

The auction proceedings were supervised by the Auction Committee headed by Member Finance, CDA, which was managed and conducted the auction in a well organized, open and transparent manners.

The prolong and multiple bindings were made during the entire auction, which shows a complete, fair and transparent competition as well as keen interest of the investors /Bidders/buyers and the general public. Due to which the present auction received a very favourable response from the public at large. The auction witnessed an impressive gathering of investors and the general public with enthusiastic participation.

During the 4th day of auction of commercial plots including plot No.6-B, Bleu Area (G-8), measuring 777.77 square yards (s.q) received bid Rs.655,000/- per square yard, plot No.63-C, Blue Area (F-7) measuring 1711.11 s.q received bid Rs.367,000/- per square yard, plot No.12, Markaz G-9, measuring 733.33 s.q received bid Rs.331,000/- per square yard, plot No.25-C, Sector G-11/1, measuring 4500.00 s.q received bid Rs.162,000/- per square yard. Similarly, plot No.66, Sehana (Orchard), measuring 03 Acres, received bid Rs.2,100,000/- per kanal, plot No.2-H, Class-III Shopping Centre, No.1, G-9/1, measuring 100.00 s.q received bid Rs.460,000/- per square yard, plot No.2-C, Class-III Shopping Centre, No.10, G-9/3 measuring 133.33 s.q received bid Rs.390,000/- per square yard, plot No.1-B, Class-III Shopping Centre, No.5, F-11/1 measuring 166.66 s.q received bid Rs.856,000/- per square yard, plot No.4-O, Community Core, H-8/2, measuring 266.66 s.q received bid Rs.660,000/- per square yard, plot No.3-E, Class-III Shopping Centre, No.10, I-14/4, measuring 133.33 s.q received bid Rs.270,000/- per square yard, plot No.17-A, Diplomatic Enclave Markaz, measuring 427.77 s.q received bid Rs.674,000/- per square yard, plot No.17-C, Diplomatic Enclave, measuring 427.77 s.q received bid Rs.672,000/- per square yard, plot No.57-B, Blue Area (F-6), measuring 2844.44 s.q received bid Rs.932,000/- per square yard, plot No.74, Sector I-11, measuring 1066.66 s.q received bid Rs.70,000/- per square yard and plot No.71, Sector I-11, measuring 1066.66 s.q received bid Rs.64,000/- per square yard were auctioned.

During the last day of auction, fifteen (15) commercial plots were auctioned Rs.5981 million and total 23 commercial plots were sold out amounting to Rs.10030 millions. 


On the first day 25 residential plots were sold out amounting to Rs.1024, second day 06 residential plots were auctioned which amounts 230 million and 3rd day 08 commercial plots of various categories were auction amounting to Rs.4048 million. On completion of last and 4th days 15 commercial plots were sold out amounting to Rs.5981 millions.

Chairman, CDA said that income from auction will be use to enhance the development activities in the city especially for completion of last standing pending development projects.


Chairman, CDA also appreciated the arrangements of transparent auction of plots.
