Prime Minister Office Catches fire in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: The Office of Prime Minister caught fire in Islamabad on Monday earlier this afternoon.

Fire erupted at 6th Floor of PM office. The office was evacuated.

5 vehicles of fire brigade have reached the spot and busy dousing the fire. Area cordoned off.

According to the sources, The fire erupted on the sixth floor of the Prime Minister Office due to a short circuit.

Prime Minister Office staff was taken out of the building, the Rescue team reached the scene.

The fire brigade officials remained busy in extinguishing the blaze.

PM Imran Khan was reportedly present on the fifth floor of the Secretariat when the fire broke out.

Meanwhile, reports confirm, PM Imran Khan has left for the Bani Gala residence.

No casualties have been reported.
