Karachi Police arrests two Injured Robbers After North Nazimabad Encounter

Karachi Police arrested two suspected robbers after an exchange of gunfire in North Nazimabad’s Block R on Monday.

According to officials, the suspects opened fire when police attempted to intercept them. After an exchange of gunfire, law enforcement overpowered and arrested both individuals.

Two of the suspects, Zahid, alias Mam, son of Hazrat Khan, and Muhammad Arshad, son of Ameen Ullah, were injured in the confrontation. The suspects were taken into custody and are being questioned.

Two pistols and a recovered vehicle were seized from the suspects by the authorities. A case has been registered by police, and further investigations are in progress.

SSP Central said the arrested persons were accused of committing various street crimes and robberies in the city. The Shahrah-e-Noor Jahan police station is investigating the case.

Law enforcement agencies, meanwhile, have increased patrols and crackdowns on criminal gangs in the city.
