The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), also known as Central Business District (CBD Punjab), has started construction work on the CBD Punjab Boulevard and the remodeling of Kalma Chowk Underpass in Lahore..
According to Business Recorder, the authority has issued a road closure advisory for the project, which which, the authority has decided to close Kalma Chowk Underpass for all types of traffic for period of one month.
Diversions
In the first phase, there road will be closed for a period of two weeks from Saint Marry Park to Centre Point and traffic coming from Ferozepur Road towards Centre Point will be diverted through Kalma Chowk Underpass towards Centre Point.
Furthermore, the authorities have stated that they will close the roads for a specific time period in accordance with the construction work in order to avoid any inconvenience to travelers.
