NADRA Launches ‘Ijazat Aap Ki’ Service

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced a new service called ‘Ijazat App Ki’ for ensuring protection of personal information of citizens, under which nobody can verify your details without your consent.

According to the details, you can now register your mobile phone number with your CNIC number and get a passcode / pin code that will be used to verify your details. Service providers, including banks will now have to seek permission from the citizen through a passcode before getting access to the citizen’s personal information.

In order to protect your personal information, you can use the NADRA Ijazat App Ki Service by registering your mobile phone number with your CNIC number.

You an register your mobile phone number with your CNIC by sending the 13-digits CNIC number to 8009 and get a passcode in the response.
