Description:- 56 Kanals land allocated for Housing Project in Mauve Area, G-13, Islamabad. Ground breaking by the Honorable Prime Minister of Pakistan on 17th April, 2020.The project aims at providing housing facilities to the FGE’s. The project consist of three Blocks. Each Block has three Basements and Ground plus Twenty One (G+21) floors. Total Apartments – 1467 , out of which 714 Nos are 1300 Sft and 753 Nos of 1100 sft. Basements are reserved for car parking facility, while the ground floor is reserved for the Amenities.
Current Status:
Contractor M/s Kingcrete Builders stood as lowest bidder and contract agreement was signed after submission of due guarantees. Notice of Commencement was given by the consultant to the Contractor on 6th May, 2020 and the site has been mobilized since then. Excavation activity for the three basements is near completion. Thereafter, work will proceed towards foundation and basement floor slabs.

Government of Punjab under the vision of Prime Minister of Pakistan’s initiative for construction of five million houses in Pakistan. An Inter-Departmental Committee constituted for Prime Minister’s Program of 5 Million Houses held its meetings with different stakeholders to establish Land Bank, review of Laws, Rules & Regulations. Different Government Departments indicated approximately 153,000 Kanal of land. Further survey for this purpose is underway.
