Pakistan Railways has announced that Green Line Express (5-UP/6-DN) is going to be restored with effect from 27 January 2023 between Rawalpindi – Karachi Cantt – Rawalpindi.
According to the details, advanced reservations for Green Line Express have been opened with immediate effect.
It is pertinent to mention that Pakistan Railways had initially announced to restore the Green Line Express passenger train from Islamabad to Karachi via Lahore and vice versa by December 20.
However, the restoration was delayed, but now the Pakistan Railways resume operations for the passenger train from 27 January 2023 and advanced reservations have been opened as well.
