Petrol Price Hike ahead May 2019

ISLAMABAD: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority has forwarded the recommendation to the Petroleum Division to increase (POL) Petrol Price hike for the month of May 2019.

According to the summary, The OGRA has purposed to increased High Speed Diesel (HSD) Price by Rs 4.89 per litre and Petrol Prices to be hiked Rs 14.37 per litre for the month of May 2019.

The OGRA has also requested an increase in Kerosene oil prices Rs. 7.46 and Light diesel oil (LDO) price hike Rs 6.40.

If The Government accepts the recommendation, The price of Diesel will be Rs 122.32 per litre and Petrol Price will be Rs 113.26.

Prime Minister Imran Khan will finalise the price hike on 30th April 2019.

The new prices will be affected from May 1, 2019.
