Latest Petrol Prices in Pakistan – 16 May 2023

The Federal Government has revised the Petrol Prices in Pakistan for the next fortnight from 16 May 2023 till 31 May 2023. According to the details, the Government has reduced the Price of all Petroleum Products, including Petrol, High-Speed Diesel (HSD), Kerosene, and Light Diesel Oil (LDO) for the first second half of May 2023.

According to the announcement, the Petrol Price in Pakistan has been reduced by Rs. 12.00 per litre, while the Price of High-Speed Diesel (HSD) has been slashed by Rs. 30.00 per litre. Meanwhile, the Price of Kerosene and Light Diesel Oil (LDO) has seen a reduction of Rs. 12.00 per litre, respectively.

This brings the Petrol Price in Pakistan at Rs. 270.00 per litre, while the Price of High-Speed Diesel (HSD) has been reduced to Rs. 258.00 per litre, the Price of Kerosene Oil and Light Diesel Oil (LDO) will now be Rs. 164.07 and Rs. 152.68 per litre, respectively.

Petrol Prices From 16 May 2023

The Latest Diesel and Petrol Prices in Pakistan will become effective from midnight on 16 May 2023 for the first half of the month.

“In view of the declining price trend of petroleum products in the international market, Government has decided to reduce the existing prices of petroleum products in order to pass on the benefits of decreasing prices trend of petroleum products in the international market and provide maximum relief to the masses.” said the notification.

In the last review, the Federal Government had maintained the Petrol Price in Pakistan, but reduced the Price of Diesel by Rs. 5.00 per litre, while the Price of Kerosene and Light Diesel Oil (LDO) was slashed by Rs. 10.00 per litre, respectively.
