The registrar office has notified of new winter timings for Punjab District Courts.
According to the details, the new working hours for Punjab District Courts during winter will be from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch and prayer break from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm on Monday to Thursday.
Meanwhile, the courts will operate from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Friday.
The new winter timings for Punjab District Courts will remain in effect from 1 November 2023 until 31 March 2024.
It is pertinent to mention that Punjab Education Department has also announced new school timing for the winter months.
