The Punjab Police has several thousand job openings for the position of head constable and constables in the department, and a proposal has been submitted to the cabinet for approval to recruit individuals.
Reports indicate that in an effort to bolster its workforce, the provincial police will be hiring 4,000 constables. Inspector General (IG) Police Dr. Usman Anwar has given the green light for these new recruitments.
IG Punjab stated that the recruitment of 4,000 constables aims to address staffing requirements, and a proposal has been forwarded for the provincial cabinet’s approval. Once the approval is granted, the police department will officially announce the job openings.

- Visit the Punjab Police portal at www.punjabpolice.gov.pk.
- Fill in all the required fields with your personal information and upload the necessary documents. Afterward, submit your application.
- If you are shortlisted, the Punjab Police will reach out to you to arrange an interview.
- Keep an eye out for your Roll Number Slips for the written test approximately one week after the test.
- Note that applications lacking paid deposit slips will be rejected. Ensure all necessary payments are made to avoid any complications in the application process.
