Lahore: Prime Minister Imran Khan laid the foundation of first shelter home in the city of Lahore. The foundation stone was laid today, Saturday 10 November 2018.
Last month he had disclosed that his government isworking on a project to provide shelter homes for the poor and homeless peopleof the country. He had stated that theproject will aim at providing shelter to needy people who are forced to spendnights on roads and footpaths.

Prime Minister Imran Khan today inspected the construction site of the first shelter home in the city of Lahore. Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar accompanied PM Imran Khan. They were briefed about the project.
Addressing a ceremony, the premier, first of all, congratulated and praised Chief Minister Usman Buzdar. He also praised LDA efforts for the development of the provincial metropolis.
