  1. Gid forbid if this gets worse and our children start getting affected who will be held responsible?CAN ANYTHING REPLACE LOSSES.Pleaae all cone forward and insist on the school closure at least for some days.

  2. Immediately close the school. Virus is spreading more in winter.. Already children are getting sick in this weather…malls.. Marriage halls.. Schools every thing must be half closed atleast

  3. I think that schools shouldn’t be closed completely but alternative days system should be followed. 50% students should come to school on the day and the remaining 50% on the next day

  4. I think schools should be closed insight of the new variant spread in Karachi immediately to safeguard students health and if students paid due attention they can also learn in online classes

  5. Right now closing schools is not the best option. Children’s studies have already suffered as a result of school closure last year and only now they are getting back on track. Instead the government should make sure all SOPs are being strictly followed and shut down any school which is not following the guideline set by the gov.
Furthermore why are educational institutions the first to be closed? If it comes to that, not only schools but all shopping malls, cinemas, restaurants (dine in), offices, factories, all public places, everything should be closed.
Besides shutting down is not the answer, first there was covid-19 then came along omicron, who know what strain come next. What the the government and people need to realize is that the virus is not going anywhere. It is here to stay. We need to continue following all SOPs, make facemasks a part of our lives, maintain social distancing etc. The sooner we adapt to this the better.

  6. All institutions should be closed in wake of omicron spread . don’t let students suffer during exams too

  7. The schools collages and also universities should be online because of the coronavirus, there is another benefit is student will learn online and they can recap the lectures online. So educational institutions should be closed for a month.

  8. Schools should be completely closed immediately for all classes in karachi, thereafter covid situation should be reviewed every two weeks.

  9. They should close, not only schools but also colleges and universities. At least for a week or two first. Then they should see if there’s any improvement in the cases. If not, they should keep the educational institutions close. Online studies are better than being infected. Students are not the only one at risks. There parents and siblings are also at risk.

  10. I think school should be closed because the omicron virus is spreading fast and we don’t want our kids to be infected also schools arent following any sop’s and sick students still go to school online classes are a good option for now

  11. I think closing schools would be the best idea as Omicron is spreading extremely fast, we can’t take any risk, school can be studied online without going straight to the school which can led to even more spread of this deadly virus, So I think schools should be closed.

  12. It is necessary to close schoools… For the safety reason of our beloved children… As winter breeeze is also increasing and then this deadly virus ratio increase day by day…. You have to close the schoool in this situation

  13. They should close schools because we can’t risk small children’s life because nothing is more important than the life of these innocents

  14. as a parent i wouldn’t like my kids to get infected but they have no choice but go to school because of their exams or the school staff is gonna suspend my kids
truly unacceptable please continue online studies

  15. i think closing the schools are a good idea since omicron is spreading fastly
none of school staff follow the sops and sick students also go to school instead of staying home which is putting many people in danger
online studies are a good option for now
