KARACHI: The Government of Sindh, Home Department issued a notification on Sunday directing all the petrol pumps within the city to follow the timings (8:00 am to 5:00 pm) during the lockdown.
However, Petrol Pumps on Highways may remain open for goods transport.
As per the notice, tyre shops may remain open as well as petrol pumps on highways for the transport of goods.

The notification read “I am directed to refer to this department Order No.SO(Jud-I)/HD/8-1(04)/2020-Corona dated 27th March, 2020 and to clarify that Petrol Pumps within city area to follow the timings (8:00 am to 5:00 pm).
However, Tyre (Punchture Shops) situationed therin may remain open. The Petrol Pumps on Highway may remain open for goods transport.”
The Government of Sindh tightens the lockdown timings close all the businesses, Petrol Pumps till 5 pm except the Medical Stores and General Stores.
