The lawyer representing the female suspect involved in the incident that resulted in two deaths and six injuries claims that her mental state is unstable and that she was under medication from Aga Khan University Hospital.
“She is unaware that she had an accident or even drove a car; she is mentally weak,” said the lawyer regarding the Karsaz traffic accident.
“In this condition a person cannot remember anything, she is unaware that she had an accident”.
When a reporter asked why she wasn’t hospitalized if her mental condition was so disturbed, the lawyer responded, “The severity of the case surfaced turned violent, she took the vehicle without permission; she was under medication at home otherwise, she would have already been in an isolated ward.”

According to the initial investigation, the female driver, identified as Natasha Danish Iqbal, allegedly the wife of an industrialist, was found intoxicated at the scene. She was detained by the public before being arrested by the police.
The victims, Amna Arif and her father, brother of Sir Imtiaz Arif, tragically lost their lives today in a traffic accident in the Karsaz accident.
