The Price difference between varies a bit, I think prefer to buy 1GB RAM phone, instead of 513MB because the apps consume RAM alot these days.

I think I9 is best choice as its battery is 2000mAh as compared to I6 which has 1800mAh. also screen size is a plus with 5 inch.
