Snapchat is down worldwide as users have started reporting issues while connecting to the social media platform on Twitter.
According to DownDetector which monitors websites and other online services, Snapchat is down for users across the globe and the monitoring service has registered tens of thousands of complaints on Wednesday.
Users around the globe are complaining about issues with Snapchat.
Meanwhile, the Snapchat Support Team has issued a statement on the matter. “We’re aware that some Snapchatters are having issues using the app right now – hang tight, we’re looking into it!”

It is pertinent to mention that Snapchat has gone down just a week after Facebook and its associated services, including Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp suffered an outage that lasted more than six hours while costing the company billions in revenue.
