Xiaomi Smart Ecosystem is set to release its latest innovation, the Mijia smart audio glasses, on March 25. The teaser image suggests promising audio features for the product.
Last year, Xiaomi introduced the Mijia Smart Audio Glasses at a price of 799 Yuan (~$110). These glasses boasted noise reduction capabilities during calls and came in various frame and sunglass styles. They utilized “open sound field technology” for a surround sound effect, featured dual-mic AI call noise reduction, and supported intelligent call enhancement.
Additionally, they allowed dual device connection and had touchpads on both sides for gesture control. With an IP54 dust and water resistance rating, they provided protection from environmental dust and water splashes.
Regarding battery life, the previous model could last up to a week on standby, over 22 hours with regular usage, and more than 10 hours of continuous music playback or 7 hours of calls. The upcoming successor is anticipated to offer even better power efficiency.
With just four days until the launch, Xiaomi’s Mijia smart audio glasses are poised to continue the trend of combining innovative audio technology with wearable design.
