The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization in United Arab Emirates (UAE) has announced holidays for Eid Al-Fitr 2023.
According to the details, the UAE will observe holidays for Eid Al-Fitr 2023 from Ramadan 29 to Shawwal 3 (Islamic Calendar Months). As per the Gregorian calendar, the Eid Holidays in UAE will be observed from 20 April to 23 April, 2023.
It is pertinent to mention that UAE Government has unified official holidays for the public and private sectors, which means residents and expats working in Government Departments as well as private companies will observe the same holidays.
The moon-sighting committee will convene on the night of Ramadan 29 to confirm the dates.
Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia has also announced Eid Al-Fitr holidays from Friday (29 April 2023) to Tuesday (25 April 2023).
