UBL Ameen Mera Pakistan Mera Ghar applications are being accepted by United Bank Limited (UBL) providing easy loan for construction and purchase of affordable housing under the Prime Minister Imran Khan’s Naya Pakistan Housing Programme (NPHP).

The government is providing easy loans of Rs. 300,000 each for the first 100,000 homes constructed under the Mera Pakistan Mera Ghar initiative while citizens can also avail financing for purchase of affordable housing.

These loans can be availed through UBL Ameen which is Islamic Banking under Shariah Compliant mode providing cost-effective house financing allow people to build or purchase their dream home.

UBL Ameen Mera Pakistan Mera Ghar Eligibility Criteria:

  • All Pakistani citizens holding valid CNIC.
  • This scheme with subsidized rates is for first time home owner.
  • An individual can avail this facility under the scheme only once.
  • Only for construction and first purchase of newly constructed affordable housing units.
