Private Schools In Balochistan will remain closed till Eid-ul-Fitr

QUETTA: Balochistan Private Educational Institute Registration & Regulation Authority (BREIRRA) has issued a notification stating that Private Schools/Institutions (Higher and Higher Secondary level) will remain closed across the Balochistan with immediate effect till Eid-ul-Fitr.

The decision was made in the National committee Meeting (NCC) held on 23rd of April, 2021, under the Chairmanship of Prime minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan due to the Third-wave of Covid-19 pandemic.

Government of Sindh School Closure

The Sindh Government has announced the closure of all public and private schools, colleges and universities till 17 May 2021 due to rising number of coronavirus cases in across the province amid the third wave of infections.

Government of Punjab School Closure

All public and private schools will remain closed in 25 Punjab Districts where the coronavirus positivity ratio remains more than 5 percent, said the provincial education minister Dr Murad Raas in his latest tweet.

Furthermore, the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) Head Asad Umer has announced new restrictions to curb the spread of the deadly infection and urged people to follow the standard operating procedures (SOPs) issued by the health department.
