UPDATE: Facebook removes ‘Jerusalem Prayer Team’ page after backlash.

The page “Jerusalem Prayer Team” recently began trending on social media amid the ongoing brutality of Israel towards innocent civilians and children in Palestine.

The purpose of the page seems to show fake support for Israel amid the genocide being carried out by their forces in Palestine. Facebook has been giving the “Jerusalem Prayer Team” page fake likes from people’s profiles without their concent.

We checked out the page ourselves and found out that many of our friends had liked it but when we contacted these individuals, they had no clue about the page’s existence.

Upon being informed, they did end up removing their like from the fake support page created by Facebook.

This act by Facebook clearly shows the bias of the social media giant, which is willing to go to all lengths to show fake support for the crimes against humanity being carried out by Israel through the page “Jerusalem Prayer Team”.

We advice you to please check the page in case Facebook has automatically liked the page on your behalf without consent and also inform any friends who are unware of the matter.
