At least two people died in a factory boiler explosion in Lahore on Thursday. The explosion took place at a beverages factory located at Multan Road near Awan Town in Lahore.
According to the details, the factory boiler explosion caused a massive fire that engulfed the entire building as well as badly affecting the surrounding structures.
The victims of the incident included a passerby and a factory employee while a security guard was injured and shifted to the hospital for medical care.
The rescue workers reached the spot after the incident and controlled the blaze. However, the blast resulting from the factory boiler explosion damaged several nearby houses as well.

The factory has ordered an investigation into the incident.
