Bahrain has declared a public holiday on Monday (1 May 2023) on account of Labour Day.

Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has issued a notification for the public holiday on the upcoming Labour Day.

According to the notification, all ministries and all other public institutions shall remain closed on Monday (1 May 2023) to observe Labour Day.

The next public holiday for Bahrain is expected on June 27 for Arafat Day 2023 (Dhul Hijjah 9) and June 28 for Eid Al Adha.
