The Federal Directorate of Education (FED) has announced winter vacations in Islamabad for both, private and public, schools and colleges.
According to the notification, all schools and colleges in Islamabad will observe winter vacations from 25th December 2023 to 29th December 2023.
It is pertinent to mention that being the weekend, 30th and 31st December, 2023, are also off-days for schools and colleges.
However, the schools will reopen for normal academic activities on 1st January 2024 (Monday).

Moreover, Islamabad authorities also announced new school timings for winter that will remain applicable until January 31, 2024.
