Beware: A Billion Dollar lie,Don’t believe on everything shared on social media, fake news circulating on Facebook and Twitter about donating billions of dollars.
Since Prime minister Imran Khan addressed to the nation, appealed for Dams Funding, several fake news spreading no social media platforms.
Several reliable news sources published it for the sake of point scoring as it started trending, none of them bothered to authenticate the source first.
One of which is Shahid Khan US-Pakistani Billionaire, to donate One billion Dollars for Dams funding, even some referring to Faisal Javed Khan’s press conference in which he said several Overseas Pakistanis are interested in dam funding.
According to the latest tweet by Faisal Javed he has categorically denied such news

24 News HD shared the screenshot of a SATIRE article and used it as source to claim that Shahid Khan has rejected the news. Mr Khan neither accepted nor denied by the time of this writing.
