ISLAMABAD: Capital Developing Authority (CDA) has issued a ‘Public Notice’ to inform illegal occupants to vacant the acquired land within 7 days.

It is to inform that the Capital Development Authority has decided to take over the possession of acquired land from illegal occupants at Mauzas Dhrek Mohri, Bhakar Akku, Bakar, Faeh Baksh, Bara Dari, Siri Siral and Golra falling in Sector ‘E-12’.
Since all the compensation/rehabilitation benefits have been given to the affectees of these mauzas, therefore, all such illegal occupants are directed in their own interest to vacate the sector within seven days from the issuance of this notice.
affected of non-vacation of the sector, CDA will take over the possession forcibly and legal action against the violators will e under CDA ordinance 1960.
Any affectees, who has not received his/her compensation so far, may contact Land and Rehabilitation Directorate, CDA within seven days of issuance of this notice.
