RAWALPINDI: Rawalpindi Police has arrested Molvi Liaquat for raping a twelve-year-old boy on Friday.
Molvi Liaquat was a Quran teacher of the twelve year old minor boy.

The victim went to Makki Masjid for his Quran Lesson.
SP Saddar Rawalpindi said he was rapped by the molvi when he went to learn Quran.
