Changan Master Motors have notified of a massive increase in the price of Changan Alsvin, Changan Karvaan and Changan M9 in Pakistan. It bears mentioning that the new Changan Alsvin Price in Pakistan makes the vehicle a tough sell since many buyers will go towards the Toyota Yaris, which is also priced similarly as the Chinese counterpart.
The company has issued a notification saying that massive price hike for Changan cars is the result of increased shipping costs due to the Delta variant of COVID-19, especially in South Asian countries. “In order to continue serving our customers, we are left with no other option but to pass some of the cost increase on the product price.”
The company expects its dealers to understand the situation and explain it to customers. The new price of Changan cars have come into effect from August 25th, 2021 while all bookings and payments dated August 24th, 2021 or earlier will be accepted at old price. However, the company says that all government, corporate or bank financing customers with payment instruments dated till August 27, 2021 will be accepted at old price.

Changan Alsvin price again increase and no official letter given to customers
Honda and Toyota says in there official letter that increase in price will be effected on new booking from December 2021 and January 2022.
I booked my changing Alsvin in August 2021 and they said to all other customers like me to submit 275,000/= the rest of the amount of the car .this is unfair deal.
They should follow the rules and regulations policy .they should apply new rates on new bookings.
Very disappointed to know about the massive price increase. It seems that the monopoly of the Big 3 shall continue. New competitors should act sensibly if they want have a hold in the auto industry. Its the second time they have the prices with in the span of 9 months. Feeling frustrated 😡
