Pak Suzuki Motor Company (PSMC) has announced another massive increase in their car prices in Pakistan from today (1 August 2022) and it was not unexpected considering the continuously devaluation of Pakistani Rupee against the US Dollar (USD to PKR) for the last few weeks. In a notification, the company has announced an increase in prices of all cars in Pakistan, including Alto, Wagon R, Cultus, Bolan, Swift, and Ravi,
The increase in the Suzuki Car Prices in Pakistan will be applicable effective immediately (1 August 2022) and all new bookings will take place at the new rates as mentioned by the company. It bears mentioning that other automotive manufacturers have also announced an increase in their car prices, including Honda Atlas, and Toyota’s Indus Motor Company.
Suzuki Alto Price in Pakistan
The Price of the Suzuki Alto VX in Pakistan has been increased by Rs. 314,000, bringing the new rate at Rs. 1,789,000 from the previous price of Rs. 1,475,000, while the Price of Suzuki Alto VXR has been increased to Rs. 2,079,000 after a hike of Rs. 346,000 from the previous rate of Rs. 1,733,000. Meanwhile, the Price of Suzuki Alto VXL in Pakistan is now Rs. 2,339,000 after an increase of Rs. 388,000 from the previous rate of Rs. 1,951,000.

Suzuki Cultus Price in Pakistan
The Price of the Suzuki Cultus VXR in Pakistan has been increased by Rs. 549,000, taking the new price to Rs. 2,879,000 from the previous rate of Rs. 2,330,000, while the Price of Suzuki Cultus VXL in Pakistan is now Rs. 3,159,000 after an increase of Rs. 595,000 from the previous rate of Rs. 2,564,000. Meanwhile, the Price of Suzuki Cultus AGS has been increased by Rs. 617,000 to the new rate of Rs. 3,379,000 from the previous price of Rs. 2,762,000.

The Price of Suzuki Wagon R VXR has been increased by Rs. 65,000 from the old rate of Rs. 2,019,000 to the new price of Rs. 2,084,000, while the Price of Suzuki Wagon R VXL has been increased by Rs. 70,000 to new price of Rs. 2,199,000 from the old rate of Rs. 2,129,000. Meanwhile, the Price of Suzuki Wagon R AGS is now Rs. 2,399,000, increased from previous rate of Rs. 2,319,000 by Rs. 80,000.

The Price of the Suzuki Swift GL (M/T) in Pakistan is now Rs. 3,349,000 from the old rate of Rs. 2,774,000 after a jump of Rs. 575,000, while the Price of Suzuki Swift GL CVT has been raised by Rs. 601,000, bringing the new price to Rs. 3,599,000 from the old rate of Rs. 2,998,000. Meanwhile, the Price of the top-of-the-line Suzuki Swift GLX CVT is now Rs. 3,959,000 from the old rate of Rs. 3,298,000 after an increase of Rs. 661,000.

The Price of Suzuki Bolan Can in Pakistan has been increased by Rs. 264,000 to the new rate of Rs. 1,579,000 against the old rate of Rs. 1,315,000, while the Price of Suzuki Bolan Cargo has been raised by Rs. 238,000 as well to the new price of Rs. 1,566,000 from the old rate of Rs. 1,328,000.

Suzuki Ravi
Suzuki Ravi VX has seen a jump and the new price is now Rs. 1,499,000 for the normal variant, while the one without deck (w/o Deck) is now Rs. 1,424,000.
It is pertinent to mention that above mentioned prices include FED and Sales Tax but does not include Advance Income Tax. Furthermore. the company states that any Government taxes and levies applicable at the time of delivery shall be borne by the customer.
