The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore has announced the tentative date sheet for coming Punjab Matric Exams 2024. The decision comes after a meeting of the Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen held at BISE Rawalpindi. According to the details, the Punjab Matric Exams for 2024 will commence from March 1 ,2024.
During the meeting, the Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen agreed on a same provisional date sheet for the 9th and 10th annual examinations to maintain uniformity across all educational boards in Punjab. With the aim of streamlining all educational boards in Punjab.
For 10th grade, the tentative date sheet shows History of Pakistan exam on March 1, followed by Punjabi one day later on March 2, English compulsory on March 4, and Arabic on March 5. As for the 9th-grade exams, they will start on March 19 with Economics and History of Pakistan and conclude on April 4 with Pakistan Studies.
Morning session papers are scheduled to start at 8:30 AM, and the evening session exams would start at 1:30 PM; however, on Fridays’ the evening session exams will begin at 2:30 PM.

It has to be noted that the final date sheet for Punjab Matric Exams 2024 would officially release from respective boards. This broad schedule is aimed at providing a clear path for students and educators, in addition to ensuring an unified examination process across Punjab.
