Pakistani celebrity couple Ayeza Khan and Danish Taimoor have both confirmed the fake news regarding them being onboard the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) plane that crashed in Karachi’s Model Colony near Jinnah International Airport.
A PIA flight which departed from Lahore to Karachi crashed minutes before landing at Jinnah International Airport because of some technical issues. The PIA plane crashed at Model Colony in Jinnah Garden area of Karachi.
The flight was carrying 91 passengers along with 12 crew members for a total of 103 people onboard the plane that crashed just a few meters from the runway into the residental zone hitting multiple houses and vehicles.

Ayeza Khan shared a screenshot of the fake news that originated on social media about the couple being on the flight and since this post has been deleted for some reason. She originally wrote in her post saying:
Alhumdulillah we are in our house! Safe, please stop spreading the fake news and pray for the people and their families,
May Allah guide those who turn everything into a joke.
Danish Taimoor also debunked the news taking to instagram where he wrote:
We are safe and at our home ALLAHUMDULILAH.
May ALLAH grant an eternal peace to the departed souls and strength and patience to bereaved families to bear this irreparable loss. AMEEN
