The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has introduced an 8300 SMS service to check and verify details of your vote details and the service has been made free of cost. Previously, the users of the 8300 SMS service were charged Rs. 2 (+ Tax) to check and verify their vote details.
How to Check and Verify Your Vote Via SMS?
You can check and verify the details of your vote via SMS to 8300 by following the method:
Step 1: Check your vote by sending your Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) number in an SMS to 8300.
Step 2: Review SMS reply from 8300 and check and verify the details of your vote, including your electoral area.
Step 3: If the registered details are incorrect, you need to fill out Election Commission’ form 17 (Download Here).
Step 4: In case you are not registered as a voter, then you need to fill in the Election Commission’ form 15 and take it to the neatest ECP Office (Download Form).
