One Network has announced that it will start charging Rs. 50 per month to M-TAG users for SMS alerts.
The announcement on the new charges for M-TAG SMS alerts was made by One Network on social media and it has been met with a lot of criticism from M-TAG users.
“In order to maintain quality of services SMS alerts will be charged Rs. 50/month.” said One Network on social media.
Furthermore, you can download the M-TAG One Network application to view your travel history, recharge your M-TAG, and much more.
The app is available on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei App Gallery.
