Pakistan Railways Decides to Re-Route Shalimar Express

Pakistan Railways has announced a new route for Shalimar Express (27-UP / 28-DN), which will now travel via Faisalabad-Shorkot instead of Main Line with effect from 01-07-2023.

In a notification, the Pakistan Railways stated, “It has been decided to re-route 27-Up / 28-Dn (Shalimar Express) via Faisalabad-Shorkot of Main Line with effect from 01-07-2023.”

Meanwhile, there will be eight stops, including Drigh Road, Hyderabad, Nawab Shah, Rohri, Rahim Yar Khan, Bahawalpur, Khanewal, Faisalabad (Landhi Down Side Only).
