Coronavirus cases in Pakistan surge to 37160, death toll reaches 802

The total number of coronavirus cases in Pakistan have surged to 37.160 after more than more 1,400 cases were registered on Thursday along with 32 more deaths bringing the country’s death toll to 802.

The Health and Population Welfare Department Sindh reported nine more fatalities in their daily coronavirus update bringing the provincial death toll to 243.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department also reported more fatalities in their daily update on coronavirus cases bringing the provincial death toll to 284.

Punjab reported 11 more fatalities according to the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) in their daily coronavirus report. This brings the provincial death toll to 234.

Balochistan Health Department released their Daily Situation Report on coronavirus reporting three more fatalities in the province. This brings the total death toll of Balochistan to 30.

Gilgit Balitistan Health Department released their Daily Situation Report reporting new cases only. There were no new deaths reported in this update.
