Islamabad Police Launches New Batch of Self-Defense Course For Women

The Islamabad Capital Police (ICT) is starting a new batch of their self-defense course for women in order to empower them by learning combat skills, weapon’s handling and much more.

According to the details, the self-defense course being provided by the Islamabad Police is 15 days long and covers a multitude of areas. Furthermore, any women aged 18 or above can join the self-defense classes, however, there are limited seats available in the current batch.

Moreover, the classes will take place from 18th July (six days a week) between 3-7pm,

  • Simulator Practice
  • Firing Practice
  • Self-Defense
  • Obstacles
  • Human Law
  • Defensive Driving
  • Unarmed Combat
  • Physical Fitness
