Pakistan and UAE Agree to Boost Bilateral Trade Relationship

Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) resolved their commitment to enhancing bilateral trade. The Federal Commerce Minister, Gohar Ejaz, engaged in a meeting with Dr. Sani Ahmed, his counterpart from the UAE, in Islamabad.

During the discussion, Ejaz underscored the abundant opportunities for economic collaboration between the two nations. He reiterated Pakistan’s dedication to fostering increased investment and assured that Islamabad is actively prioritizing initiatives to elevate bilateral trade to unprecedented levels by creating a conducive environment for UAE investors.

Additionally, Ejaz highlighted the ongoing efforts of the Specialized Investment Facilitation Cell (SIFC), which is diligently providing facilities to encourage higher levels of foreign investment in the country.
