KARACHI: Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Traffic Police, Karachi has notified the routes and timings of main processions to be taken out on 12th Rabi-ul-Awwal.
A handout issued here on Friday said that a procession in connection with Eid Milad-un-Nabi (SAWW) will be taken out from Kakri Ground to Memon Masjid. Further more two processions will be taken out from Memon Masjid to Aram Bagh Masjid and Nishtar Park.
The timings and routes of processions are as under: Procession of Dawat-e-Islami at 10:30 am.
Route: Kakri Ground, Nawab Mahabat Khan Jee Road, Jamat Khana,Tower to Memon Masjid.
Procession led by Moulana Asghar Dars and Akbar Dars at 2:30 pm.
Route: Memon Masjid, M.A. Jinnah Road, Tibet Center, Regal Chowk, Shara-e-Liaquat, Fresco Chowk to Aram Bagh Masjid.
Procession of Ahl-e-Sunnat wal Jamat-led by Shah Tura bul Haq Qadri at 3:00 pm.
Route: Memon Masjid, M.A. Jinnah Road, Tibet Center, Numaish to Nishtar Park.
Alternate traffic arrangements have been made for the convenience of the general public, it said. (APP)
